يسر مؤسسة نسيجنا بالتعاون مع الفنانة أمل حويجة وسينما سلمية أن تدعوكم للمشاركة في ورشة العمل المتميزة “فشة خلق”، والتي صُممت خصيصًا للسيدات والسادة الراغبين في تنمية قدراتهم على مستوى الصحة النفسية ومواجهة ضغوط الحياة اليومية. تهدف الورشة إلى خلق بيئة آمنة وداعمة تتيح للمشاركين فرصة الانفتاح على ذواتهم والتفاعل مع الآخرين، ضمن إطار تسوده روح الاحترام المتبادل والإيجابية.

Vision

Nasseejna Foundation works to build a cohesive Syrian society based on social, economic, and environmental justice. The organization empowers all community members to achieve independence, participate fully in life, and advance human rights and sustainable development. Nasseejna also creates an inclusive environment where everyone, regardless of gender, age, or background, has equal opportunities to contribute to a just nation.

Our goal

Nasseejna Foundation is dedicated to supporting and empowering all segments of Syrian society, including women, children, the elderly, persons with disabilities, and other vulnerable groups. The Foundation accomplishes this by delivering social, educational, and humanitarian services, enhancing skills and knowledge, advancing health and well-being initiatives, and addressing all forms of marginalization and violence. Furthermore, the organization seeks to enable individuals to participate actively in community decision-making and to attain economic and social independence, while promoting initiative and solidarity throughout society.

Strategic objectives

  • Implementing comprehensive educational and empowerment programs for all demographics, including women, adults, children, and individuals with special needs.

General strategy of the institution

Building Institutional Capacity and the Management Team

The founders will strengthen the organization’s administrative and financial operations by establishing clear policies, procedures, and focused staff training. These steps aim to ensure sustainability and effectiveness in meeting organizational goals. The team will also prioritize diversity and expertise to serve all beneficiaries effectively.

Financial Resource Development

The organization will rely on a variety of funding sources, including movable and immovable assets, donations and bequests, income generated from secure investments, and contributions from founding members. It will also work on fostering cooperative relationships with local and international donors in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, to ensure the availability of the necessary resources to cover programs and services for all groups.

Geographical and Sectoral Scope of Work

The foundation covers all territories of the Syrian Republic, with the possibility of expanding activities to other governorates as needed and upon obtaining official approvals, focusing on charitable, educational, and social service fields for all segments of society.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations

The founding members possess a high level of expertise in the regulations governing the work of non-governmental organizations, as well as in the national and international standards relevant to the organization’s field of work. They are fully committed to Law No. 93 of 1958 and to international agreements that protect the rights of all target groups.

Collaboration and Partnerships

The foundation will seek to build effective partnerships with governmental and non-governmental entities, and expand cooperation with local and international organizations, to achieve integration in services and maximize the social and economic impact for all members of society.

Program and Initiative Development

A variety of programs will be designed and implemented, including recreational activities for the community, including children; peacebuilding workshops; empowerment and psychosocial support training; in addition to initiatives introducing Syrian heritage; and special programs for the elderly and people with special needs. These efforts will ensure that the needs of the local community are met and social cohesion is strengthened for everyone.

Founding Members’ Contributions

The organization’s team brings diverse scientific and practical expertise, covering fields such as psychology, pharmacies, physical education, physical sciences, and management. The founders began community work in 2014, implementing targeted activities that serve all segments of the local community. They will play a significant role in developing the organization by donating financial resources, building relationships with donors, and providing technical and administrative support to achieve the organization’s goals and enhance comprehensive institutional work.
